Not sure whether the workspace fits your process, your market or your Notion plan? Ask before you buy — the product is a digital download and all sales are final once access is granted, so we'd rather answer everything up front.
Product help, delivery & access
Didn't get your duplicate link, lost access, or something in the workspace isn't behaving? Email us with the address used at checkout and your order or receipt number.
Billing
For duplicate charges or a payment made in error, write to the support address with your transaction details. Please note this is not a refund channel: refunds are not offered on delivered digital products — see the Refund Policy.

To access, correct or delete your personal data, email support@ostradingtemplate.xyz with the subject line "Privacy request".

Response time
We reply to most messages within one business day (Mon–Fri). Please send one message per issue rather than following up repeatedly — duplicates slow the queue down.
