Refund Policy

Summary: all sales are final. OS Trading Template is a digital product delivered instantly. Once access to the Notion workspace has been granted, the purchase cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled. There is no trial period and no money-back guarantee.

1. Why refunds are not offered

Your purchase gives you a Notion duplicate link. The moment you use it, a full copy of the workspace — every database, formula, relation and page — permanently exists in your own Notion account. A digital copy cannot be returned or revoked, which is why the sale is final at the point of delivery.

2. What you agree to at checkout

By completing payment you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance sales of digital goods once delivery has started. This acknowledgement is part of our Terms of Service.

3. Before you buy

Please read the full product page, the module list and the FAQ carefully, and confirm that a Notion-based workspace fits how you work. If anything is unclear, email support@ostradingtemplate.xyz before checkout — we answer pre-sale questions in detail and would rather you buy with full information than regret it afterwards.

4. Delivery problems (not a refund)

If you paid but never received access, that is a delivery issue and we will fix it. Email us with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt number and we will resend the duplicate link. We only consider a payment reversal where all of the following apply and access was genuinely never granted:

(a) the charge was a verified duplicate of the same order; (b) the charge was made in error by our payment processor; or (c) we are permanently unable to deliver access to you. Each case is reviewed individually and requires proof of the transaction.

5. Beta status

The product is currently in beta and is stated as such throughout the site. Beta means the workspace is functional and in daily use while still being refined. Future updates are included at no extra cost. Dissatisfaction with the pace or direction of updates is not grounds for a refund.

6. No performance guarantee

The template is an organizational and record-keeping system. It does not predict markets and does not guarantee any trading result. Trading losses, changes in your strategy, or a change of mind are not grounds for a refund.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first — we respond within one business day. Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital product without contacting us may result in the immediate termination of your license and permanent loss of access, and we will submit the delivery records to the payment processor.

8. Payment processor

Payments are handled by Creem. Their terms apply to the transaction itself; this policy governs the product. Where local mandatory consumer law grants you a non-waivable right, that law prevails over this policy.
