Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to ostradingtemplate.xyz (the "Site") and your purchase and use of the OS Trading Template — the Institutional Trading OS Notion workspace (the "Product"). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Product

The Product is a Notion workspace template. It includes an entry Language Hub, a product overview, three localized operating dashboards (Ukrainian, English, Russian), shared databases, relations and formulas. It is not software you install, not a hosted application, and not a broker or data provider integration. You need your own Notion account to use it.

2. Beta status

The Product is currently offered in beta. It is functional and in active daily use, but modules, views and terminology continue to evolve. We may add, change, restructure or remove parts of the Product. Buyers receive future updates at no additional cost, but we do not commit to any specific feature, timeline or roadmap.

3. License

On payment you receive a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use one copy of the Product for your own trading activity.

You may: duplicate the Product into your own Notion workspace, modify your copy, and use it indefinitely.

You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, lend, gift or otherwise distribute the Product or any derivative of it; publish the duplicate link or the template publicly; share your copy with other people or teams; use the Product or its structure to create a competing template or commercial product; or remove attribution where present.

4. Intellectual property

All structure, copy, layout, formulas, terminology standards and design of the Product remain our intellectual property. The license above grants use, not ownership. Data you enter into your copy — your trades, notes and analytics — belongs entirely to you, and we have no access to it.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital and typically instant: a Notion duplicate link is emailed to the address supplied at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid address and to check spam folders. Delivery is complete when the link is sent and access is available.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by our payment provider, Creem. Any taxes, currency conversion or bank fees are your responsibility. Promotional or beta pricing is available only while displayed and does not create a right to a later discount or price adjustment.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Because the Product is digital content delivered instantly, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not available once access has been granted. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is lost at that point. Full details in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Chargebacks and license termination

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered Product without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms. We may terminate your license immediately and refuse future purchases. We may also terminate the license for distribution of the Product or other material breach.

9. No financial advice

The Product is an organizational and record-keeping framework. Nothing in the Product or on the Site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade any instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance never guarantees future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.

10. No guarantee of results

We make no claim, express or implied, that using the Product will produce profits, reduce losses, or pass any prop-firm evaluation.

11. Third-party services

The Product runs inside Notion, and payments run through Creem. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, feature limits or data handling.

12. Warranty disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Site or Product after an update constitutes acceptance. Terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Product.
