Everything below applies to the Institutional Trading OS workspace delivered as a Notion duplicate link. If your question isn't answered here, email support@ostradingtemplate.xyz.

1. Getting started

After purchase you receive an email containing your Notion duplicate link. Open it while logged into the Notion account you want to use, confirm the duplication, and the full workspace is copied into your account. Start from the Language Hub — it is the entry page and links to the Product Overview and to each localized dashboard.

2. Choosing your interface

The system ships with Ukrainian, English and Russian interfaces. Pick the one you think in and work from its dashboard. All three read the same underlying databases, so your sessions, trades, setups and performance history stay unified regardless of which interface you open.

3. Recommended Notion plan

A paid Notion plan — Business recommended — is what we advise, because several advanced views rely on more charts, linked databases and table blocks than the Free plan comfortably supports. The workspace still opens and works on the Free plan, but you will hit those limits on the analytics-heavy pages. This matches what is stated on the pricing section of the home page.

4. Customizing safely

You own your duplicated copy and can change anything. Two cautions: do not rename canonical database fields, and do not delete relation properties — formulas, filters and the localized views depend on them. Add new properties and views freely; rename existing ones only if you are prepared to repair the formulas that reference them.

5. Troubleshooting

The email never arrived. Check spam and promotions, then email us from the address used at checkout and we'll resend immediately.

The duplicate link doesn't open. Make sure you're logged into Notion in the same browser and that you have permission to create pages in the target workspace.

A view looks empty. Empty views usually mean an active filter with no matching rows yet — add a first entry, or check the view's filter settings.

A formula shows an error. This almost always follows a renamed or deleted property. Tell us which module it is and we'll send the correct formula.

6. Updates

The product is in beta and improves continuously. Updates are published to the master template; because your copy is independent, new modules are shared as duplicate links you can add to your existing workspace. All updates are included for life at no extra cost.

7. Access, licensing and refunds

Your license is personal and non-transferable — see the Terms of Service. Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are final; see the Refund Policy. Support is here to make the product work for you, not to process returns.
