Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OS Trading Template ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit ostradingtemplate.xyz or purchase our digital product. We collect as little as possible and never sell personal data.

1. Who is responsible

OS Trading Template is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy matter, contact support@ostradingtemplate.xyz.

2. What we collect

Purchase data. When you buy, our payment processor (Creem) collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive a confirmation of the transaction, your email address and an order reference — we never see or store your full card number.

Support data. If you email us, we hold your address and the contents of the conversation so we can help you and keep a record of the issue.

Technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as approximate region, device type, browser, referring page and pages viewed.

What we never collect. Anything you type inside your own Notion copy — trades, notes, screenshots, performance history — stays in your Notion account. We have no access to it.

3. How we use data and why it is lawful

To deliver your product and process the order (performance of a contract); to provide support and handle billing or delivery issues (contract and legitimate interests); to keep transaction records for tax and accounting (legal obligation); to understand aggregate site usage and improve the product (legitimate interests); and, only with your consent, to send occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site itself does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are read. Our payment processor may set cookies strictly necessary to complete checkout and prevent fraud. No personally identifiable information is used for advertising or profiling.

5. Who we share data with

Only with service providers required to run the business: Creem (payment processing and invoicing), our email provider (delivery of your duplicate link and support replies), and our hosting and analytics providers. Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where legally required. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7–10 years depending on jurisdiction). Support conversations are kept up to 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and retained no longer than 14 months. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, access to purchase data is limited to the people who need it, and card data never touches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data and poses a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Exercise any right by emailing support@ostradingtemplate.xyz with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your data does not delete your Notion copy — that lives in your account — and we may need to keep invoice records to comply with tax law.

10. Children

The Site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site links to Notion and Creem. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies before using them.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
